Before we start, I always carry out a full assessment on the first visit to find out what the client is hoping to achieve and what fitness goals they have. It’s important that we set time scales to achieve our goals, so daily, monthly, and annual goals are set at the assessment stage. I will support everybody with their short term and long term fitness goals .
