I have worked in various complexes and a variety of training roles in Ireland and the United Kingdom before setting up my own business. In my role as High Performance Personal Trainer and Coach, first of all I give full professional support and back up to all my clients. I work with honesty and integrity in everything I do.

Before we start, I always carry out a full assessment on the first visit to find out what the client is hoping to achieve and what fitness goals they have. It’s important that we set time scales to achieve our goals, so daily, monthly, and annual goals are set at the assessment stage. I will support everybody with their short term and long term fitness goals .

PRICES

Max Pro Fitness London boot camp Challenge package at Clapham Common will cost £250 for 24 sessions over 12 weeks, with repeat clients receiving a 10% discount. Each Clapham Common boot camp session will include benchmark testing to record your progress, and continuous coaching and advice to meet your personal health and fitness goals for 2020.
