Purpose of the Consultation:

1. For us to find out a bit more about you.
2. To help us understand your key goals
3. To get an idea of your main barriers/obsacles
4. Learn about what you've tried in the past
5. You get to ask any questions you have​

It usually lasts around 60 minutes. 30 minutes for the consultation & then 30 minutes for a taster session.
