I have known Martin for many years in a Personal and Sporting capacity. I cannot recommend Martin enough, he is Dedicated, Committed, Driven, Personable and knowledgeable. One of his best traits is his Positivity and his Man Management skills. I wish him all the luck in his future.

Kind Regards

I have known Marty McGrath for the last 20 years. He worked with me as a coach/trainer for a number of years when I was the manager of the Mayo football team. His practical no nonsense approach and his general application to any task was refreshing. He is a self motivator that could be relied upon to bring the best out of the team. He was respected by everyone associated with the team and he brought a great positive energy to proceedings. He was continuously assisting players to become more self-reliant and was always relied upon to have something positive to contribute. Marty was like a breath of fresh air about the place and was always able to deliver a training session that was clear, sensible and enlightening. Marty engages with players with an approach that is encouraging and was always able to keep his approach fresh and non repetitive. He is talented at what he does and has a wealth of knowledge that is the envy of many.

Former Clare, Mayo, Fermanagh & Roscommon football manager. Current Offaly Manager.

I worked very closely with Martin throughout the GAA Season of 2009/10 with the London Senior Footballers. A number of attributes stood out that are worth highlighting. He was very receptive towards new methods and training techniques; very keen to use new ideas and progress them, transmitting that to the team. Martin was extremely punctual and reliable and his commitment was unquestionable. On limited resources, he demonstrated the excellent application of achieving the targets and goals set. On a personal level, it was a privilege to work with Martin and I expect to see his name in the public domain in the future as a point of coaching reference.”
